“Disappointed that I've had to go and buy laces, one of the shoes came without them. I tried making contact through insta dm but got no reply. Not sure I would use again or recommend unfortunately.”

“Crocs broke as soon as they were tried on, back strap came off with no way of reattaching the button. As no more were in stocks I had to order elsewhere. Phoned customer services and returned for a refund. Customer advisor was very apologetic.”

“It wasn't clear that you had to add the returns label at checkout to get it for only £1, if you do it after you are charged £2.99 delivery service for a label to be sent via email! Pretty cheeky!! The shoes were in good condition however and arrived in good time.”

“Well-made slippers and the quality of the materials seemed good. Unfortunately the material is not cut high enough on the arch of the instep which means that the slippers are difficult to keep on the feet. The feet keep sliding out of them. Will not be wearing them and have popped them in the bag for the charity shop.”

“Shoes looked good and are comfortable, however I ordered navy blue and was sent black. Fortunately my boyfriend didn’t mind so has kept them rather than faff around exchanging them”
