The slippers I ordered were too wide, these have been returned and I am awaiting confirmation of receipt and my refund.

Items may or may not suit ypur purpose. Difficult to judge the quality of an item without first seeing it and trying it on.

Shoes arrived number 4 but much bigger than this. I've returned it on a post which was very convenient. But after 4 days I didn't received any info that shoes were returned 😔

Delivery was perfect. These are my second pair of these shoes but these ones squeak when I walk. Not sure why. But very annoying.

Nice solid pair of shoes but had to send back.Tassell loafers with two tassels on one shoe and only one on the other. Also changed delivery with post office to collect from local PO but was delivered to neighbour.

The ordering and service was very good but the quality of the shoes wasn't as good as I thought.... Very visible glue over spill. However my son loves them so its all good

my second pair of boots ( brown chelsea boots are diferent colours one lighter than the other so not really pleased with them,but the other two pairs that i bought were good.would have been 5 stars

Love the sandles just wish that they had fitted. Very narrow unfortunately. Even the size up was too tight.
