Shoes not arrived and no dispatch email either after ordering 8 days prior. Messaged them over FB, didnt receive any communication back, other than the usual automated reaponse. Following day received email from Royal Mail advising parcel received. Coincidence that RM received parcel day after I queried ETA for delivery/tracking number. Shoes received 3 days later. Good price though so happy with purchase, 3 stars due to slow dispatch

These shoes are much smaller than a standard size UK 6. Will have to be returned Iā€™m afraid.

Boots were too narrow and come up very high on the front of the ankle, digging in. Have returned them unfortunately. Also it'd be good if you would make a boot with inside zip and cut a bit lower to avoid digging in as described above.

Took almost a week for the item to arrive Instead of the 2-3 business days, and then there were two left shoes in the box!! The quality of the shoes did seem to be very good. Just have to wait for a matching pair to arrive to check the fit.

Basically a good boot but heel has made me bleed on both shoes so I will have to get modification done to upper heel part of boots.

The shoes are fine. The delivery of the items, for which I paid Ā£2.99 for delivery in 2-3 days actually took 8 days Not the service I paid for and no help from Shuperb except to say 'they are busy'.

Overall happy with purchase and ease of returning one item and not being bombarded with emails. Took a little longer than expected, but wasn't really an issue.

Efficient delivery and (pre-paid) return, however the boots had scuff marks on them and other issue with leather at top of boot. Tried to contact them using their phone and whatsapp links to get a full refund incl delivery return but neither worked which is annoying.

The boots are great, good quality and just what I wanted. Would have given 5 stars if not for late delivery. My only complaint is they took 10 days to arrive from date of order and NOT the 2-3 working days as advertised. Not sure if this was the fault of the Post Office, Shuperb or both

They are a nice sandal the only thing is I am sure it was black I ordered and when they came to my surprise they were navy not the colour I wanted
