The sandels received were not the same as advertised by style. Picture shows advertised in brown wrong in black. Very dissatisfied.

Shoes seem fine but paid for delivery to be Friday . Shoes did not arrive until Monday wasted extra payment. Disappointed by that.

We are in the process of sending a pair of shoes back and have reordered a size larger. We are still waiting for a refund for the original pair so I will hold back on a full review till I receive a refund .

I have to purchase the return label for £1. Then find a printer. Talk about inconvenience.

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review, if you do not have a printer, we are happy to send the label to you via email with a QR Code that you may take to the Post Office. They can scan the code from any smart device and generate the label for you. These boots were too narrow for my feet, not a problem I thought I’ll return them. The returns process is way too complicated! Apparently I was supposed to have paid £1 when I ordered them to include a returns label. This I hadn’t done and ended up having to buy it through the website plus £2.50 for postage. This I eventually managed but then the label would not download for me to print, this involved a further delay whilst I corresponded with the company to resend me a returns label, which I did, but this was accompanied by an explanation of what I should have done! Just be wary of returns to this company. I am not impressed, why can’t they just put £1 on the cost of everything and include a returns label in your parcel??😡

We certainly did not wish to be patronising or want to go back and forth in our communication with you, so I apologise for that too. We currently do not offer free returns as we offer free delivery so we recommend our customers purchase the prepaid returns label with their order to make returns quick and easy. The confusion caused here was because you created a new order for just a returns label and did not download it from the website as initially instructed. Was told delivery would be next day however took 5 days to arrive, wanted shoes for my holiday but didn’t arrive in time

I bought a pair of boots but unfortunately it doesn’t state on the website they are not true to size so my normal size 8 that I took was too small and I needed a size 9 which they do both do in that particular boot. So to pay £4 to send them back I’d frankly not on and it should be free returns. Either that or the boots should be true to your own size and a true fit.

The boots appear to be of sub-standard quality, and I would like to return them, but since I am in the US, there is no mailing label offered or help with returning them, so I am stuck with them, which is a waste of my money and that is not pleasing at all. So I am not happy with your company, sorry.

Zatím jsem nedostal nic, nikdo mě neupozornil, že mě čeká celní poplatek, který dělá třetinu ceny zboží i s cenou dopravy, takže jsem hodně naštvaný. nikdo mě neupozornil na to, že budu muset zaplatit celní poplatek. A to ještě nevím, jestli mě ty boty budou, takže jen 2 hvězdy, zatím.

De schoenen zijn erg ok maar het is wel spijtig dat je wanneer je via de site besteld geen weet hebt van de extra douanekosten. Wij betaalden reeds 29,99 euro verzending, komt daar nog 45,99 euro douanekost bij, dan worden het wel dure schoenen. Kan dit misschien voorzien worden op jullie site zodat mensen niet meer uit de lucht vallen.

The boots are perfect, as described, good quality and a comfortable fit. My issue is with the delivery. Shipping all across the UK and NI is free of charge on orders over £10. However to ship to Dublin cost me €19 through DHL: no options given and no warning until I was midway through the checkout. Having begrudgingly paid, I then had to wait 5 working days for the order to process and dispatch, and no sooner had DHL got their hands on my order, all tracking information was withheld and I was told that I owed €26 for an Import Tax Advance Payment. Added to the extortionate delivery charge, this has almost doubled the original price of my boots and left a very sour taste in my mouth. Very disappointed, will not be shopping here again.

The shoes are a lovely quality, but the returns policy isn’t very clear and I had to pay extra to return shoes that didn’t fit well. It wasn’t clear that the £1 easy return had to be purchased in advance (when there may be no need to return the shoes). I felt a bit scammed, to be honest. I paid £5 and got nothing worthwhile in return. This isn’t sustainable as a way of shopping for shoes, in my opinion. I won’t be buying online from Shuperb in the future.
