Dear Veda, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. We do deduct £4 from the refund total for the use of our prepaid returns label, assuming that the label wasn't purchased for £1 when the order was originally placed. We specify this in the 'Need a returns label?' section of our returns page. We don't charge for the use of the label if the item's being exchanged. We make the deduction from the refund due to the postage cost to us of the prepaid label. I hope this has served to explain the situation. I have rated you with a one star if there was zero stars I would give you that rating you ask for a review a review on for what I am STILL waiting for my purchase to arrive!!!! as this is a Christmas present I thought I would order in plenty of time to take the stress out of last minute orders well that hasn't worked has it please inform me as to when I may expect my delivery or please refund my payment so I may order elsewhere

When the boots arrived they were different sizes, one a size 38 and one a size 39 so I had to send them straight back. Very disappointed but I’m hoping the replacements will be what I ordered.

Well to be fair, I still haven't received them after ordering them two weeks ago. Am beginning to think it's been a scam. Will give it a few more days before looking into it properly.

You can view this via the tracking reference we emailed to you when the order was dispatched on 14/11. Too small. Size 5 should be 38 European but these were 37.5 and too small.

The sizing is set by the manufacturer TOMS who class the UK Size 5 as the EU 37.5, as specified on the size chart shown on the listing. You are more than welcome to return the pair for a refund or an exchange to a larger size, if you wish. Dear Mariam, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, I have looked into this for you with Royal Mail and the parcel was not delivered to another address but has been returned back to us. Unfortunately, the address label was damaged in transit, so they were unable to identify your delivery address but as all our parcels have our returns address on them, the carrier has returned this to us. I am afraid l need to return my boots, they state they are a uk7 but l can not get into them. My friend is a size uk6 and they can not get into them. A lovely looking boot but not for me due to the curious sizing.

Extremely poor service. Delayed delivery, received shoe with defects. Contacted customer service immediately. Dragged the enquiry with unnecessary questions and requested several photos as proof. After all the explanations and photos no favourable result from the company who should be responsible for their products. Be careful before you purchase.

Hello, Thank you for the review and I am sorry that you aren't happy with our service here. We did speak to you in regard to the pair you received and issued a prepaid returns label so the pair could be returned for a direct replacement. Unfortunately, even though the issue was raised the pair was returned back to us with clear signs of wear. We are very fair with our returns policy, and we always inspect items upon receipt, as part of our thorough returns process to identify any problems with returned goods. We are in no way trying to shun our responsibility towards our customers but if an item is reported as having an issue upon delivery, for example a cosmetic issue, it should be returned back to us unworn so we can resolve the matter promptly. Very cheap boots, also received a faulty pair, requested return and waiting for long time to proceed, returned item but refund is taking too long, very unprofessional customer service team.

I’m not very happy as I’ve still not received both pairs of flip flops. I go on holiday on Tuesday and this is a real inconvenience as I’m now going to have to buy new ones and hope I’ve got them for going away! Not happy at all.
