I have not received my purchase after 10 days. I have been asked to wait another two days and then get back in contact if not received. After this advice I have been asked to write this review

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am very sorry about this, there seems to have been a delay within Royal Mail, I am personally monitoring the tracking. If you have not received your order by the end of the day on Friday, please do let us know and we can investigate this further for you. Shoes a very bad fit, one bigger than the other. I have 4 pairs and know they are usually a good fit. Emailed a picture to customer services, they now require a picture of the soles to try and help me? I literally tried them on in my kitchen!!! One was so tight I couldnt walk in them. Very slow at getting back to me. In no hurry to rectify this. All I want is a replacement pair.

The product was not as advertised and was exactly what we had not wanted (an orange strap). The product in the picture and the product that arrives should be exact. This was false advertising

I was sent the wrong shoes!! I returned them the same day. I have yet to receive the correct shoes and your company has my money. I am going to report this to trading standards.

The shoes were not good the heights of the back center seam were too low, they measured 2” a true Oxford should be 2.5” at the back. This meant that the shoes did not cup around the heel giving stability and grip , Apart from that major fault I liked the leather soles. The shoes were not in my opinion merchantable quality

Waited so long, called them everyday, and at the end all this is just to hear they run out of the size I ordered. why they had not updated their website in the first place is another issue.

Unfortunately, as no one was available to take the parcel in they will now reattempt delivery on 29/04 as per the redelivery request they have received. I can totally understand that I was not supposed to stick my return sticker on to the box however by the time I had read the entire instruction Of return it was to late I suggest that perhaps the return label that you require is not sticky this way it deters the person sending it back the option to stick it somewhere so it does not get lost . I think £13 for a NEW box is very steep and I’m sure there are PLENTY of box’s that you can use to replace it I would appreciate your

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the restocking fee. If I may, I would just like to explain why you were charged. This was not returned to us in the condition it was dispatched, we had to make the deduction for box which is a percentage deduction as the original packaging was damaged by the returns label being affixed to the side of the box which is shown in the image my colleague sent you via email, we do not have extra boxes to replace any damaged ones because each item comes from the supplier in the original box. We do request are items returned unworn and in the original packaging, it is always best to use a mailing bag when returning items to prevent damage to the packaging. We did not deduct the amount for the damaged box alone, the deduction also reflected the returns label you downloaded from the website to send the pair back to us. I am extremely sorry you are unhappy and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kindest Regards, Sonal.

Not a good experience at all. Boots not to size necessitating a need to return them. Extremely difficult to find out how to do a return so e mailed your company. Received a reply which should have included a link in order for me to be able to find out how to return. No link included so I am no further forward. Very frustrating.

Ordered shoes online when I received them there was damage to the left shoe spoke to customer services they told me to take pictures which I did and sent them. Then I was told to print a return label off your website which I couldn’t do. To much hassle just to return a pair of shoes. Will not shop with you again.
