The items sizing is way off have compared to another sized shoe more than an inch difference very disappointing the returns policy is absolutely ridiculous!!!! DO NOT BUT FROM THEM

Awful quality slippers awful returns process, returned my slippers i bought for my partner they received them 6 days ago and i still havrnt had confirmation not only this but inhad to pay for delivery to return rubbish merchandise never dealt with such a shambles of a company in my 35 years of life avoid at all cost dont waste your money at all please dont fall for there rubbish product.

Very poor customer services. Received a pair of boots which had clearly been very tried on by a previous customer, and even included their packing slip showing all their personal information. Shuperb requested multiple photos but it’s still costing me to return the worn boots as they won’t provide a returns label. Shop elsewhere!

Terrible, I bought 2 pairs of hush puppies. 1 pair had one shoe smaller than the other and the other pair were both far too small and the stitching was faulty going off the edge of the shoe. I’ve parcelled up ready to return and waiting to get a label printed as don’t own a printer, disappointed you have to pay for returns - even though both pairs are faulty.

I'd give 1/2 a star if possible. I am yet to get my item, Royal Mail misplaced the percel and you guys literally enabled them do it. I wish I had given the money to charity. I had to order a new one yesterday because I need the shoe and now hoping they'll deliver it this time. I only came back because I couldn't find the same shoe elsewhere at your price. It's the first time I'm buying here and the experience won't leave me for a very long time to come.

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this. We are aware of this and have filed a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail. The parcel has been marked as delivered with a photo and a GPS scan provided on the tracking so we do have to let the carrier formally investigate. Rest assured we will get this resolved and be sure to provide an update as soon as we are able to but we do have to follow the official missing parcel protocols Royal Mail have in place when a parcel has been marked as delivered. I bought a size 14 dress shoe, when I tried then on they can't have been a size 12. Sent back straight away, 2-3 weeks later haven't heard anything, no refund given

My boots arrived with one zip broken, I didnt even need to take them out of the box to see the fault. I have sent pictures and emails to Shuperb but received an email saying it was being investigated, that was more than 2 week ago......Not Happy

The pull tag on the back broke the first time they were tried on. I have contacted the company and sent photos of the damage and have heard nothing since 2nd Dec. I will update my review with outcome.

Still awaiting my order which was meant to arrive December 6th. I’ve had no explanation or reason for the delay and the item was meant for a birthday present which now unfortunately is going to be given late.
