Bought a pair of Geox school shoes, within 5 days they were coming apart at the toes.

Disappointed. Shoes came up too small even though I ordered my normal size. Eu40 is a 6.5 in uk sizing NOT 7 and then to top it all you charged me to return them.

The slippers are not wide fit they are closer to standard. Saved the bag they came in but no returns label on it or in it. Will go online to find where to return the slippers.

Ordered some school shoes from Shuperb and realised I’d ordered the wrong size. I emailed their customer services straight away (2 mins after ordering) and asked them if they could change the size. They refused and said I had to wait to get the pair I’d ordered and send them back asking for the other size. I have now returned the shoes and managed to find the same pair at MandM direct almost £10 cheaper.

I completely understand that you did make the request in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to amend the order as it goes too far into the dispatch process before we note your request. We are not always able to adhere to requests as we do try and dispatch orders as fast as possible, in circumstances like this, we always advise you give us a call so we can act on this promptly. I returned the item because it was too large in size. The Royal Mail has confirmed the returned was made on the 25th of August, and I have not received a refund, or even a notification from Shuperb yet.

Well to start with I did not put 2 packs of the croc widgets in basket, one was free and it gave correct charge but the over charged by £17.99 for extra widgets. Emailed immediately but no response until after order delivered. Was told to send back at. Cost of £4! Next in the order it was for a size 9 croc, size 10 was delivered! Absolute shambles. First time I have ordered from Shuperb and it will be the last. Normally stick to bigger retailers with a good customer service in place, my mistake. I won’t be using this retailer ever again.

Dear Lorraine, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. We received the order that you placed via the website for two pairs of Crocs and two lots of Jibbitz, only one pair of the Crocs were part of the promotion whereby you receive a packet of free Jibbitz. As two lots were added to the basket the system charged you for the pair that were not part of the deal and we did email you to say you are welcome to return them and we will proceed with the refund for the unwanted set. All Crocs have the US Size embossed on the sole, the UK 9 pair you have ordered will show 10 on the soles as this is the US equivalent, the tag on the shoes and packaging will verify the UK, US and EU Size, we have sent the correct size as per the order received. I am sorry if you feel our Customer Service was not as expected but we have tried to help resolve this for you and are still awaiting the return of any unwanted goods so we can process a refund as specified in our email communication with yourself. the photo made these shoes look like they had a green sole, but they didn't it's standard black, so returning.

Delivery was fine but I ordered Size 8 Espadrilles and they were miles too small. When I looked at the soles it had 41 which is 71/2 not 8. 42 is an 8 so I had to pay postage for something I hadn’t ordered. They were also extremely narrow and I haven’t got particularly wide feet. All in all NOT happy!!

Yep Ill give a review :) Yours was the only place that could get me white cros delivered the next day, so I paid the extra because I was going on holiday. Shuperb, knowing thta the Royal Mail were apparently still not delivering on time even if extra was paid, still ook the extra money for delivery, and made no mention that they were experiencing delays on this type of delivery so I could decide to go elsewhere.....and so on the day they were due delivery, tey didnt deliver and instead just got an email saying they were experiencing delays....so my crocs got deliverered after my holiday....what awaste of time! So no....i wouldnt reccommend Shuperb.

These trainers have been very poor quality, wished I had never purchased. It had lasted my son about 4 months, I'm going to return this item.

My shoes were going to turn up late!! The team at Shuperb got in touch and made things happen. I got my shoes in time and they looked great. I run a business and understand deliveries have not always been perfect in recent times. These guys made it happen and I was very impressed. They care about their clients. Thanks again.
