Sadly one slipper was visibly larger than the other, and not particularly well cut either. I’ve had bedroom athletic slippers several times before and the quality was far superior. Disappointing.

I still haven’t received my boots. The first pair were returned because they were faulty and I have not received a replacement but I’ve now been chased for two reviews!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from you. I returned one pair with the order number, SHUK1532104. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve not received a refund or a reply from any email. I sent it by Royal Mail. This is unacceptable. Customer service is non existent.

The boots were returned as the suede was badly marked and the two boots did not match. I am still waiting for a replacement pair.

Within wearing just 2 days the boots are rubbing at the seam, very unusual for such a quality boot. Seems like a manufacturer fault in design

Very poor quality leather and inconsistent sizing. And complete ignorance from the customer service team- no response or even an acknowledgment of my attempt t try to address these- either by sending a brand new pair with no scratches that were not returned a number of times- the box is by now half broken or having at least offer to be allowed to return it free of charge for the full refund including the postage I paid for delivery. Shambolic!

Hi Helen, Thanks for the review and I am sorry to hear this, Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel on 17/10/23 but as no one was available they have taken this back to the delivery office pending redelivery or collection. Purchased a pair of boots a year ago then purchased another pair 2 weeks ago of the same size but they are half a size smaller. They will not accept a return / refund as they altered the heel size at my request which I paid for. So I now have a £200 pair of boots that don’t fit me so I’m seeking legal action. Avoid this company, they are very quick to take your money but when problems arise they do not take ownership and nothing is stated in their terms regarding size differences so they are in breech of consumer rights.

Dear Shafique, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased, if I may, I would like to clarify some of the points you have raised. The pair you purchased was customised at your request for an additional fee, before taking any payment from you we did specify via email and on the telephone that this item is not eligible to be returned. When we customise an item as requested by the customer, we are essentially changing this item for you from the standard way it has been manufactured, you were made aware of the conditions of the sale and decided to proceed. Your previous order in 2022 was for the Valente pair, this is a different design and all styles can vary in their fitting, we cannot guarantee an item will fit and it is very much dependent on your own feet, this is not a manufacturing fault with the pair and very much a fitting issue. I am sorry that the pair did not fit as expected but in no way have we breached any Consumer Rights, once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused here. Kindest regards, Sonal.

The item you reported as being faulty, was directly raised with the supplier based on the images and information you provided. On this occasion, there is no manufacturing fault with the pair and this has been deemed this to be as a result of how the pair has been used and not an issue with the way the pair has been manufactured. I appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for but we have looked into and raised this directly with the supplier but the pair is not faulty, with regret. I only bought these items because I couldn’t get the men’s sizes I needed and the credit note was running out I wouldn’t have had a credit note if I’d realised the count down for return of an exchange starts when you order the original item

In regards to the returns period and exchanges, we do clarify on the website that we offer 30-day returns for all purchases made on our website and that the returns period starts from the date that the item is delivered to you, exchanges do not reset the returns window.
