Dear Sonia, Thank you for the review and I am sorry the pair was not available in the colour required. We had a stock issue with your pair, and our efforts to source a replacement from the supplier were not successful with regret. Whereby possible we will try and find an alternative we can offer that may be suitable. Dreadful firm wish I had never ordered from them!! Despite paying for 48 hour tracked delivery never got the shoes..they have been in Royal Mail deposit since 4th December (Should have been delivered on the 1st December) Sent a message via whatsapp explaining that they were for a present and I had had to buy from an alternative supplier..got an automatic response saying "please be patient" not much point when not delivered

Boots still not received. Tracking not working. Phoned your support line twice no answer and then cut off Then answerphone saying service closed even though it was only 15.20 yesterday a week day and message says closes at 16.00. Would love some support.

Order size 42 came in size 42 written but was too big in size it was definitely not the exact size written
