“I really wanted to love these personalised socks but they were so cheap looking/feeling for the price , I was so disappointed when I opened them I dont actually want to gift them , packaging ok, socks just folded in the bag, no label etc , just a bit shoddy , getting my daughters from Etsy instead.”

“The shoe I like but your packaging was the worst I have ever received, the original Cubana box was in a bad state literally sealed with tape honestly. I have bought Cubana boots and the packing was brilliant. But this one was a no no for me.”

“Great service, bought some shoes for my wedding suit. Unfortunately they didn’t go with the suit so I’m returning them but that’s no fault from the shop. Returns are very simple but it’s not free which is annoying. Overall happy with my experience”
