“Lovely warm boots, but sadly too small in size 5. Have sent them back and awaiting a refund. In the meantime, I did order a size 5.5 that fit perfectly. I would recommend the boots but definitely allow at least a size up to normal shoe size.”

We had a stock issue with your pair, and our efforts to source a replacement from the supplier were not successful with regret. Whereby possible we will try and find an alternative we can offer that may be suitable. “The website for well laid out and easy to navigate. The purchase of the boots was easy and efficient. However, due to postal industrial action it took nearly 3 weeks for the boots to arrive. Expecting a quicker delivery than that was unfortunate but the boots are great.”
