“The shoes are a lovely quality, but the returns policy isn’t very clear and I had to pay extra to return shoes that didn’t fit well. It wasn’t clear that the £1 easy return had to be purchased in advance (when there may be no need to return the shoes). I felt a bit scammed, to be honest. I paid £5 and got nothing worthwhile in return. This isn’t sustainable as a way of shopping for shoes, in my opinion. I won’t be buying online from Shuperb in the future.”

Whilst we do offer free standard delivery on orders over £10 to Mainland UK, we currently do not offer free returns and therefore offer every customer the option to purchase a prepaid returns label with their order to make returns easy. “No issues with the service but will return the Birkenstocks. Having bought Birkenstocks on-line for years without having to return, I was disappointed to find these were too narrow. On loosening the strap to fit, the thong did not sit correctly on top of my foot.”

“It was a pleasure to shop with Shuperb. I had already purchased these shoes on another occasion, so knew what I was buying. But I did want the option to have the purchase quickly and was delighted that Shuperb were able to offer this. The shoes did arrive the next day, and the recipient was happy. Thank you - Go Buy!”

“Order arrived a couple of days before the expected delivery date so a nice surprise. The only downside is they didn't tell me the delivery had been made so I didn't check outside my front door. We normally use the back door to go in and out.”
