“I found Shuperb as I was looking for my favourite pair of shoes online. I hadn't heard of this brand but i'm glad I took the chance by ordering with them. Fast delivery with updates throughout. The shoes were perfect thank you. I will def look at buying from them in the future.”

“Item arrived later than stated on 48hr tracked, customer service shocking. Informed had been sent, Royal Mail stated it hadn’t, then after ringing and stating Royal Mail has said it hadn’t been received. the next day, it was scanned 20 minutes away from shuperb base. Still awaiting envelope to return due to arriving to late. Would not order from again.”

Dear Jade, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear the pair arrived later than expected. Unfortunately, you placed an order using the Standard Delivery option and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you need something by a certain date we do offer an Express Delivery Service you can select at checkout and would always recommend this. Although we did dispatch the order on time, we cannot control the scans of Royal Mail and they would scan the parcel at the nearest Mailing Centre at their convenience before sending the parcel to your local Delivery Office. We are offering you a free return and a refund as we appreciate the event has passed and you no longer need the pair. “Love these, my second pair, first were in a lovely coral colour bought a few years back. I have since moved and box only recently unearthed to my delight! So comfortable, sizing excellent and love the wide fit. Slightly kooky but stylish look which I like.”

“I have been suffering from what I think is a dropped arch on one of my feet. I ordered some arch fit sandals and was amazed at how much kit comfortable my foot is. I love them and will be ordering another pair.”
