Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you do not have the parcel yet. I can confirm the order has been dispatched with Royal Mail, but they are experiencing some delays due to the strikes and sheer volume of parcels moving through their network. Unfortunately, there are currently no parcel options available as it classed as being out for delivery, please can you kindly allow a little longer for the parcel to arrive?
