“Yep, shows for our page boys were a stand out quality, fitted perfectly. I over ordered an extra pair of shoes and I’m struggling to return them as your site isn’t recognising my email for this particular pair. Can you please advise Best regards”

Dear David, Thank you for the review and we appreciate your patience whilst we looked into this for you, I am sorry to hear you are displeased. Our Investigations Department examined the photos you provided and looked into the nature of the issue, it is with regret that due to the length of time since the purchase was initially made, we were unable to assist you any further on this matter. The nature of the issue was deemed to be as a result of wear and tear, shoe laces can wear with prolonged use, it has been six months since the purchase was made and we did clarify in our initial response to you that we may not be able to help due to this. The boots themselves are perfectly wearable so we did suggest a new pair of laces would resolve the matter. I am sorry we could not do more, but in line with the manufacturers guidelines, these are not deemed as being faulty. Kindest Regards, Sonal.
