Dear Angela, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, I have looked into this with Royal Mail who marked this as delivered on 16/11 at 11:12am and provided a photo with a GPS Scan. You can view this via the tracking reference we emailed to you when the order was dispatched on 14/11. “Took almost a week for the item to arrive Instead of the 2-3 business days, and then there were two left shoes in the box!! The quality of the shoes did seem to be very good. Just have to wait for a matching pair to arrive to check the fit.”

“Unbelievable service and delivery. So good! I bought a fabulous pair of boots at a great price. I sceptically paid for next-day delivery as I live in the far north of Scotland and nothing gets here in a day.... They got here in a day. “Everything fine with the items received. One thing put me off when trying to order online so I then rang to order instead. There was a question asking for date of birth, why on earth would you ask that? It wouldn't let you order without answering this question as well as giving your phone number.”

The sizing is set by the manufacturer TOMS who class the UK Size 5 as the EU 37.5, as specified on the size chart shown on the listing.
