I do love my Signos as it has me looking at food differently . I feel more energized when I know I’m eating the right food! I like the app bc it constantly monitors what I am doing !

Not bad. Wish there was an easy way to review glucose levels history similar to weight.

Signos has really helped me to be aware of my daily habits, and how the things I'm consuming affect my body. I love the feature of logging what I eat, to not only track daily calories, but breakdown by protein, carbs, and fats. Signos has helped me make lifestyle changes for the better. From choosing what I eat, to my movement and being aware of my body and how it responds.

I love the insights that I get however I do not like how each time I Replace my sensor my numbers shift and I’m not in range any more.

I enjoy Signos very much, it has been very helpful on my insulin resistant/sensitive journey. I do wish they would provide alerts for sugar dropping and put less emphasis on the “weight loss” range

I love the data Signos provides and the many features it offers. It has allowed me to take appropriate action based on how my body responds to food, exercise and stress. The only reason I gave it a four star is the foods in the food log could be much more expansive on what is listed in the app. I highly recommend.

Seeing how my blood sugar reacts to different foods is teaching me a lot about my unique body and is motivating me to make better choices. It’s instant accountability without any judgment! The app does get a little glitchy when I’m adding favorites to my food lists or creating recipes, otherwise I’d give 5 stars. Sensors are working beautifully so far, no issues.

I love to see how what I eat effects my blood sugar. The accountablility is priceless. The data is sometimes confusing and not always able to predict. I wished it would tie into my Fitbit or Cronometer so I didn't need to log my meals twice. I wished there was community to ask questions. What size of spike is ok? How long is too long on a spike? etc. Why does the device cause huge bruises and pain, is this preventable? I like how there is a longer grace period than before. Overall I really like it!!

It’s so helpful to have this data at my fingertips and to have a dashboard of insights to help me drill into the data. However, it would be nice if I could create my own custom tiles with data that was meaningful to me. I like that I can log my food as text or with photos rather than having to drill through a lot if menus to identify the type of food and portion size. I’ve had a few glitches with the app and my sensor syncing, most of which I’ve been able to fix by recalibrating. The education portion of the app is interesting and i’ve completed most of the lessons with only a couple of hiccups.

I think it’s a little expensive, even though I am willing to do what I can for my health. I wish there was either a scholarship or a discounted program for people who have lost income. And I also wish they would send the right amount of covers for the right amount of monitors.

Really enjoy the insights this gets me. I wanted to loose a few pounds, but the main reason was to understand how my body reacts to different foods, and I have learnt a lot. There is no surprice in e.g. a piece of bread resulting in a spike, but especially reastaurant dishes have surprised me. Dishes that are supposed to be low in carb, have sometimes given me a big spike in glucose - so, I guess they add sugar... Very insightfull. Also interesting to see how the order of food intake affects glucose. The app is very good and easy to manage. The support is not too impressive, they are just rattling off the FAQ instead of reading the question and answering it.

I've had some issues with some glucometers where I've had to place new ones right away or a few days later. BUT, it's a great device that monitors your glucose and gives you advice on what to do to lower your glucose.

The organization has been responsive when I need help (for example a failed sensor). I don’t use their coaching so I won’t comment on that aspect of it. I find it very helpful to know what impact various foods have on my blood glucose. I’m learning tons about what I should eat and what I should avoid. And gradually my behavior is changing. I wish my weight was changing as rapidly, but it isn’t. Still it is trending lower day by day. This program helps me make better and better choices.

I love Signos! I have struggled with my weight my whole life, and using a CGM along with the signos app has really helped me get a handle on my weight and understand how my diet affects me in a much more intimate way. I highly recommend trying the program if you've struggled like me.

Signos was well worth the price. It was easy to understand as someone new to understanding glucose and insulin, yet detailed enough for someone who has a solid understanding.

I really like Signos and I think it is a great tool for behavior change and buillding healthy habits. I wish that the food log library was larger, becasue I have to enter many of my foods manually. Otherwise, I have been enjoying my journey.

Signos has been excellent to use and easy to see the data/history. I do add a transparent dressing to help ensure the sensor is not accidentally pulled out of place; which happened on the first sensor.
