“We ordered our 3.6 mtr oak & steel handrail over the phone rather than on-line as we wanted to be sure we had made the right choice. Reassurance gained our order was processed very efficiently. The two piece rail arrived by UPS 48 hours later ! The quality of the materials could be faulted but one rail was slightly bowed. Phoning for advise on how to address this I was immediately offered a replacement free of charge. This duly arrived, again within 48 hours & is spot on. We can genuinely give Simplehandrails 5 stars for their product, efficiency & customer service. Many thanks Peter W”

“The handrail is made from quality materials, all the fixings came with it, not as extras, I am extremely pleased with it and it looks very good, the packing was excellent took some time to unwrap it. All in all a very positive experience, Thank you...”

“This handrail is of exceptional quality, from the finish of the rail to the supports. It was well packed and even had the screws and wall plugs included a real bonus. Whilst it might be hard to get too excited about a handrail, what I would say is that it does what it should and looks well engineered. I would have to reservations in buying from again and recommending this product to anyone”
