“I had initial problems with delivery, due to haulier losing the rail. However, as soon as simple handrails found out they kept me well informed, very apologetic and sorted out an immediate replacement. Excellent product and great 'personal' customer service.”

“Good quality high grade stainless steel with all fittings. I upgraded the fixing screw size of this handrail as I felt those supplied were a little undersize however the overall quality is excellent and at a amazingly competitive price. Buy with confidence and compare the high quality of this item with inferior ones on the market. First Class A1+”

“Goods were delivered earlier than expected,so the delivery service was excellent.The handrail end caps were of very good quality and once fitted looked even better than I had expected.All in all a very good product and great delivery time.Would recommend highly. . B Loudon”

“The handrail is very nice looking oak and the brackets look very sturdy but as the handrail needs to eventually be approximately 1.7m in length I decided to put three brackets on, one every 600mm. Delivery time could be quicker but got good service when phoning on an eta of the goods. Again I can’t praise enough on the quality of goods. “Very pleased””

“Simple and quick to fit, excellent robust construction, very nice to touch / feel when climbing the stairs and they look really elegant in situ. The website is simple and intuitive to navigate with a straight forward checkout process. Our rails were very well packaged and were delivered on time as promised. In addition, the on line chat line was really slick and helpful when contacted with a purchasing question. Overall its a great product and highly recommended”
