“Ordered last Wendesday, with me AM on the Friday. The service so far is unbelievable and the rail took me all of 10 minutes to install once the wall was drilled as all the work is done! Highly recommend this company and the sales person I dealt with Kelly. Thank you again I will gladly recommend.”

“The wooden handrails were very difficult to screw the fixings to due to the hardness of the wood. Bought 2 of these and paid a decent amount but not been able to use yet for the above reason. I will get either an electric drill to assist in the fitting or a joiner. This is not a criticism of the supplier as items arrived well within timescale given and product is made to a very high standard.”

“I would like to say I am very happy with the walnut rail I ordered. Even though there was a noticeable bend at one end, once positioned on the wall it added a quirkiness I quite liked. There were however several raw plugs missing and one of the plastics endcap mounters was slightly to small, which meant the metal cap kept falling off. That said, Dan the managing director contacted me and offered to replace these FOC. Please note that when installing that you must use the correct pilot hole size. I unfortunately used one to small and snapped off a screw inside the rail which caused a problem not that easy to resolve. Also, that brackets that fix the rail to the wall seemed fixed and off centre. It was not until the second bracket I noticed they moved but had already drilled holes in the wall. Make sure these are 100% tightened and in a straight position before fixing. Quality of the Wood and Brackets 10/10 Quality of the fixtures 7/10 (parts missing and end cap to small) Quality of the customer service 7/10 (took 3 days to respond but were very nice when they did) Installation instructions 2/10 (difficult to find on the website and could be much clearer) Overall, I would recommend Simple Rails for cost and quality, but defiantly seek advice on installing as this has proved to be more difficult that expected.”

“Hi, My item arrived two days ago, I haven't actually looked at it item yet. I thought I would let you know that I wasn't very impressed with the delivery process. I got a phone call whilst I was driving around the M25 from the delivery driver to say he was outside my empty house with the item. I hadn't been given a delivery date prior to this (or since), so I was expected to arrange an alternative delivery venue with my neighbour whilst driving on the M25. Luckily this was successful. I want to stress that the delivery driver was very helpful and patient. I would suggest you review your delivery processes in the future - surely I wasn't expected to wait indoors for a week.”

“I ordered my handrail and expected it to be delivered within 3-8 working days but ended up arriving on day 2 which was brilliant as my father in law was coming at the weekend to help me so this enabled me to do the job at the weekend. Handrail is now up, looks amazing and i've been very happy with the product and service from SimpleHandrails.”

“A good product supplied with all fixings and received. No time. Only one slight criticism The outer surface needed sanding along the length where the matching process had left a rough line. Despite this I would recommend”

“Excellent company, ordered our hand rail online on Sunday, delivered the following Tuesday. Excellent product, my husband has arthritis and is in the early stages of Parkinson Disease which is why I decided to purchase a stair hand rail. The stair hand rail was easy to install taking only 45 mins to 1 hour from start to finish despite my husband condition.”
