“Excellent service. The handrails did unfortunately arrive with some manufacturing marks but replacements were delivery by 9.00am the following day without dispute. Handrails are of very good quality and I would highly recommend them to anyone”

“Ordering and delivery was excellent. Friendly and efficient. The hand rail is good but (here we go) I would make a few comments on the fittings. The screws supplied were poor. I bought some size 10, S/S, C/S and they look a treat, well suited to the brackets. Smooth dome headed screws were used to attach the rail to the brackets. Perfect. Can I suggest you predrill the ends or the rail to enable the cap to fitted centrally. The only thing not quite right is the one end cap fits very loosely on to the plastic part. Time will tell. If it keeps dropping off I will have to glue it. Overall a good service, and looks really good on my stairway. Thanks”

“the handrail is exactly as portrayed on the website and fits perfectly, it is very good quality particularly the brass brackets which hold the rail very securely. it is so nice to see quality brackets, and screws that don't disintegrate under the pressure of a screw driver!”

“I have bought from this company before and am delighted with the product. I used the handrails in two showers and they are very practical and look great. My mum now needs one and this has been bought for her shower. They look much better than the usual grab rails for in shower use.”
