“Nice oak and stainless steel components and easy enough to fit. 3m long oak rail slightly out of true but could be aligned ok on the brackets. Screws for bracket to oak rail need to be harder. Obviously you need pilot holes with wood as hard as oak but I still turned off a screw head. There were no instructions but pretty obvious how to put it together”

“Really good but a couple of slight service improvements would win 5*. Screws and plugs are supplied, great, but they were loose in a box and some fell out en-route. Put them in a sealed bag please: bubble, jiffy, even an envelope would do. And why does it take 3 days to -begin- the shipping process? Similar suppliers can do next day. The products are great and the leadtime I can work with I guess but bag the loose bits please. Would I buy again from this supplier? Yes.”

“I am very pleased with the handrails. They are very good quality. They missed out on a 5 star review due to missing parts in the consignment. My voice message was not returned. However they responded to my email and said they were sending out replacement parts. Hopefully these will arrive promptly.”

“The screws supplied with the pack are not strong enough and many snapped. Buy your own screws. Wood very difficult to drill into. Had to get a professional in for the last railing that we couldn’t drill into.”

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your order. This was ordered on the Tuesday and Delivered on the Thursday. So two working days. In regards to the screws, they are fit for purpose and it could be that the installation instructions haven't been followed. We do recommend all our handrails are fitted by a competent and skilled tradesman. If you need any further help or instruction please come back to us and we will gladly help. “Delighted with handrail. My son in law fitted today with help from myself. A straight forward task. We used Rawl bolts rather than the screws supplied to give it a stronger fit. Well packaged, the hand rail is of excellent quality.”
