“The communication was excellent, I didn't need any help as the website is simple to use and navigate to what you want. All the components were of very good quality except the pan head screws that kept snapping, so swapped them out for better quality ones. The 3.6m single length was excellent, and the packaging for delivery was more than adequate. Customer was very happy, with the finish, so the price is reflective of the quality. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Ordered a steel handrail for outside, by the kitchen door. Good telephone contact - when i had neglected to prove the house number! Despached quickly, and arrived on the day promised. Now put up; profuct is well made, and looks excellent. A good experience”

“The rail arrived on time, it appears of good quality and was pre drilled for the brackets. No instructions, but came with screws and rawlplugs. Pretty straightforward to fit for the average DIYer.”
