“Ordered by phone, received immediate email confirmation which was correct in every detail. Handrail was delivered on the date given with emails from the carrier giving the time of delivery. All items in the order were securely packed and correct in every respect. Very impressed with quality and service.”

“Having spent some time deciding where by buy my handrail from, I chose Simple Handrails because the prices were competitive and the quality of the handrails appeared to be very good. They provided more information about the grade of steel used than most other suppliers too, which enabled me to make an informed choice. They were very quick in making my handrail and dispatching it to me, and when it arrived I wasn't disappointed; It is superb in every way - heavy, beautifully made and the quality of the steel and the parts needed to fit it are all first class. So, I highly recommend this company for their products and their service.”

“Well made, arrived promptly. One suggestion please, can you please supply a few extra screws for the brackets. They are so small that if you drop one it bounces out of sight!!”

“WELL ORGANISED DESPATCHED NEXT DAY. DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED BY E-MAIL. THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND POSTCODE WERE SUPPLIED BY ME BUT DELIVERY VAN HAD 2 FAILED ATTEMPTS AND IT WAS ONLY WHEN I PHONED THE DEPOT AND TOLD THEM THATT THE HOUSE WAS DIRECTLY OPPOSITE CASTLECARY HOTEL THAT DELIVERY WAS EFFECTED. HOWEVER WELL PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AND GOOD VALUE,NOW FITTED AND LOOKING JUST RIGHT.”

“The handrail was delivered well wrapped and on time. The fixtures and fittings and oak handrail were really good quality. Relatively easy to install for a non-professional although no instructions were included with the handrail - we had to go to the website and found that the wording relating to the instructions on attaching the brackets to the oak once the chrome ends were fitted was not easy to interpret.”
