“Ordered 2 wooden handrails, had an issue with them and it was rectified straight away. Customer service was spot on, and delivery was really quick. Couldn't be happier with them, the quality is superb. Would recommend.”

“From start no problem. Wanted the rails cut do size and chatted with company and no problem. Delivered in perfect condition on time. Easy to fit (but have to admit our lovely neighbour do in). Can only recommend.”

“The handrail is perfect. Not impressed by Tuffnells who sent me an email at 07.12 telling me it would be delivered that day and be in! No promised call from driver. Delivered at 15.50”
