“Ordered a white American oak brass handled star rail. Easy purchase online and securely delivered seven working days after my order. Very satisfied wth this qualty product and fittings. Looks great now fitted. The purchasing process was easy as the company are able to cut /supply rails to your bespoke requirements. Would definitely recommend.”

“Needed a handrail for steps leading up to the front door. Selected the parts I needed from the SimpleHandrails website, which they confirmed from my drawing before sending them out. Excellent quality parts and first class service from SimpleHandrails. Just to note that the handrail tube needs to be drilled and tapped for the 8mm screws used to fix the tube adaptors and glass clamps - this isn't clear from the website. Very pleased with the finished installation - looks great!”

“Overall quality is good enough to justify the price: However I have a black handrail and I would have thought the fixing bolts and the supplied wall screws could have been a black finish. ….shame I now have to paint them.”

Hi Allan, Totally understand your point with the screws, however as these rails are stainless steel with corrosion you have to be careful with cross contamination. Hence why stainless steel screws are supplied. The screws are also provided as a good will gesture as many of our customers source there own to suit their own fixing needs. SimpleHandrails.co.uk

“Customers service was brilliant, I was unsure of what to order and the lady on the phone really helped me. (Sorry I didn’t remember her name) Quick delivery and wonderful quality. Me and my husband fitted them easily and neither of us are great at DIY! Definitely recommend.”

“The wood screws provided to attach the handrail to the wall fittings were no good! We could only get them into the handrail so far before the heads of the screws snapped off. We had to buy some ourselves that were fit for purpose :(”
