“Great purchase and a very good price with speedy and FREE delivery to N. Ireland . What more can I say everything required for installation in the box , although I ended up using my own Fischer plugs only because I had an 8mm drill bit and not the 7mm for the plugs sent . We will see how it goes reference the finish due to our very wet NI weather but at the moment it looks brilliant !”

“Excellent service. Unfortunately on opening the delivery we found that two end caps were missing. On reporting this to you by phone you promised to send the missing items to us. Mistakes do happen and am happy that you are going to address the issue. At the moment I am awaiting the delivery. Apart from this slight hiccup am very satisfied with service. Well done.”

“Perfect thanks. Exactly what I ordered delivered exactly when they said it would be. The wood rail is straight, tight grain & a lovely looking. The stainless bracket are very high quality & also look great. The result is a very solid feeling & durable hand rail that looks very good.”

“The installation went very well & I used polyurethane varnish on the beech wood which gave a good finish. I thought the end caps & fixing brackets were of excellent quality & I’m very pleased indeed with the result !”

“Quality of oak handrail and brackets were excellent. I was very pleased that the handrail was so easy to finish I just gave it rub with fine glasspaper and after only one coat of satin Wilco polyurethane varnish its good enough to install. I’ll probably add another coat or two. The brackets were very uniform in finish. Not cheap but as I will see in in my house every day I was more interested in the quality and “The quality remains long after the price has been forgotten “”

“Two wooden (oak) handrails ordered last week. Speedy delivery, and now fitted and looking good. Fitting requires 2 people. Handle fittings flexible to fit the wall and angle of rail.”
