“I’m very thankful for Simple Health! It’s cheaper to get online than going through the hassle at the doctors office. With Simple Health they send my birth control way before my last pack ends. I will say I was a bit skeptical, but with it being FDA approved and they verify all your information it made my mind at peace. No woman should go through hoops to get birth control, and thankfully now I don’t need to anymore.”
“A million stars! What a fantastic service to provide, especially in these days of uncertain reproductive rights. Despite being incredibly convenient and ridiculously inexpensive, customer service is very polite and quick to respond. This is a great company and I hope they stick around!”
“I love being able to just order through simple health. They keep in contact if you have questions or concerns, and it just makes my life with 2 boys just a little easier.”
“Extremely simple to use and a great service. I received the Sprintec Combination Pills and they work great. Since taking them I am protected from pregnancy and my periods are lighter and less painful.”
“Everything was great, I just decided to take a break from birth control for a while. But everything was quick, and they were very communicative through the whole process and after. 10/10 would recommend”
“Simple Health makes getting birth control so easy. Anytime I need assistance they were very kind and everything was always resolved quickly. I couldn’t recommend this more!”
“I’d give three and a half stars if I could. This service is supposed to be simple, easy, and convenient and for the most part it is. However, my order is consistently fulfilled incorrectly: I take a 21 day birth control and should receive a three month supply containing four packages. Multiple shipments, however, have contained only three and it’s getting annoying to have to contact support every few months to correct my order. If I am paying for a service, I expect it to be fulfilled properly. I am patient with mistakes here and there, but to have this SAME quantity issue come up so frequently and wasting my time contacting customer service time and again? Might be time for me to seek out another birth control subscription service.”
“My one complaint about your company is the fact you do not accept my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket every 3 months. For as much as we pay in insurance it would be really nice if my prescription was covered. Hard to understand and disappointing.”
