“I’ve been ordering birth control for over a year now, during the yearly mark I was going to pay to have my prescription refilled but simple health took $80 out of my account anyways. It took another $100 after I refilled my prescription, and took a week for my refund to process. I just had another $20 taken with no receipt to show why or what it’s for. I’m thankful for my birth control, but unhappy with the billing process.”
“The service itself is truly simple and convenient. I don’t like that my prescription just “happens” to be one that isn’t in fact $15 without insurance. I also don’t like that I seem to get a new brand, with every refill….so while they are all basically the same thing, there are differences and i think it makes it hard for my body to adjust.
I’m planning on finding a local doc, so I can get cheaper meds, that are the same brand each time.”

“I definitely didn't like that they first say that you can use your insurance and if that doesn't go through they automatically charge you without asking if you would like to pay for it since the insurance isn't covering it. since they had my card info already they automatically took the money. I will not ever purchase anything from here again and make sure everyone I know knows that this company is very sneaky about taking your money. I didn't like that they didn't ask just processed the order.”
“I really love using simple health because it means I don’t have to go out to a doctors office and be prescribed pills, it just gets shipped straight to my house super easy and I can get 3 packets of the pills at a time and pay a lump sum which I think is a fair price. Only trouble is that I’ve had shipping problems where I won’t get my new pills for a week after they’re supposed to arrive, but I’ve only had that happen 2 or 3 times in the 3 years I’ve been using this service. So the pros far out weigh the cons. And whenever I have issues the customer service is always amazingly helpful.”
