“I was sent womans condoms instead of the regular birth control that I am use to taking and have ordered from you before. Very disappointed and now out of my birth control pills. Now my cycle will be off.”

“I love Simple Health! They make it so easy to get birth control without having to go to the pharmacy. I live pretty far away from the nearest pharmacy so mail is easiest. The people are also so friendly and helpful with whatever you need”

“I sent several emails over a span of about a month about a problem and I was never answered. The only time I was answered was when I cancelled my subscription. Horrible customer service, there needs to be someone to call or someone who will actually answer emails.”
