“Discrete packaging that I sometimes even forget what it is when it arrives! They keep you updated via email and text about your next shipment. Personally, my pills get to me 2-3 weeks before I need to go into that pack. So I’m only a week or two into my current month and then I already have my next one. No fear of being without!”

“There have been times when Simple Health made getting my prescription easier, but lately it’s been a nightmare. My order was processing for over 2 weeks and it wasn’t until I reached out that I was notified of a “technical error” and assured that my order would be shipped out immediately with 1-3 day priority shipping. It’s been 5 days and the tracking still says “Preshipment-awaiting item”. Now I’m down to my last week and I won’t have birth control for however long. Very disappointed in the service”

There was a little problem with my insurance bugging about the condoms (I believe that’s what they were) that came with my medicine.
