“I love the customer service and the fast response I always get. Although, my prescription was changed. I am not 100% satisfied with my new order, it is not working well with my body. For my first order I had insurance but I paid cash for my second order, I don’t know if that has anything to do with the change. But overall, amazing customer service.”

“I was happy with how quickly I received my birth control, even though the brand was different. However, I would strongly like the option to only order my birth control pills and no other things, such as the women's condom.”

“This website has made my life so much easier! I had tried birth control before and was set up with a brand that only had negative effects for me. It was also a drag to have to go to the pharmacy to pick it up. Simple health has made it so much easier to have birth control accessible to me all the time! I never have to leave the house. Also, this new birth control they prescribed does not have any of the negative side effects of my previous one. I couldn't be happier with their services.”
