“Getting birth control is super easy! My issue is that I can’t get things like plan B unless it’s covered by insurance or I pay. Sounds fine and I would pay for it… but I can’t get an opportunity to say yes to paying. I’ve been given the same message three times and try to reply that I’ll pay for it out of pocket and it never works. Five stars for getting easy birth control access! But ONE star for getting anything else.”

“LOVE simple health! It was extremely easy and fast to get my prescription transferred over. Customer service is amazing - fast, helpful, and they actually care about your problems. I had a mail issue (that was not Simple Health's fault) and not only was it solved immediately but I was also offered a longterm solution so that it never could happen again and interrupt my pill schedule. Originally, my insurance didn't work but I stuck with it because the $7 is worth the ease. I have a new insurance now that works with them and it was very easy to get it switched and working. So much love to this company”
