“I thought I would give SimpleHealth a try and I'm glad I did. The customer service is outstanding which is extremely rare these days. I wasn't able to get my birth control for zero cost however I was given options and nothing was ordered until I confirmed what I wanted. I had questions and there was chatter back and forth. All on my schedule, as the responses from SimpleHealth came quickly. Very happy to be working with this team. Thank you SimpleHealth for making my experience a great one!”

“As a FTM transgender individual, receiving services such as birth control can be an extremely draining and uncomfortable experience. Simple Health made the process easy and stress free while also making sure the answer my questions/concerns. When I had a bad side effect from the first brand they prescribed, they were quick to change prescriptions to one that worked better for me. I also love the fact that I don't have to worry about going to the pharmacy every few weeks for my refill and they do a great job at keeping my up to date on the refill/shipping process each month.”
