“The first couple of orders that came in were a lower dosage than what i requested and my body definitely wasnt happy. But I've finally been getting my normal dosage again and I love it!”
“For the most part the overall service and concept is great and extremely convenient, but there are other companies that provide the exact same quality of service and convenience for less.”
“It is a good plan, and works fine for anyone needing small dosages. I went from a fairly high dosage to a 1/3 of that dosage through them and they would not allow me to change it because they don’t prescribe over .35mg, which is fine but I had to stop using them because I can’t get the right dose amount. But it is a very convenient service and is always a week or two ahead!”
“I’ve been using this service for nearly a year. My prescriptions come in time or way before I even need them, so i don’t run out. I like being able to change when I get my prescription. It’s not expensive at all. There are options and I appreciate being able to find birth control this way. It had helped my hormones and my everyday life.”
“Simple Health is exactly what it says- “simple.” It’s a great tool to have when you are in need of getting birth control prescriptions on time. No hassle, just stress-free.”
“It's easy and convenient, I am a nurse and here lately life has been hard and hectic. Simple Health has taken a big thing off my plate. The refill and update email and texts are amazing and extremely helpful.”
“the communication was a little flawed at first but they are always ready to answer any questions, my pill has arrived and it has been doing me well. I recommend”
“Such an awesome service! The only hiccup I've run into is that I've gotten a different generic pill each month, but the hormone dosage is the same so no biggie.”
“Service is quick and easy to use. I was able to get my Sprintec with ease, right online. My insurance covered most of the cost. Be careful when you order though. SimpleHealth wrote me a script for $350 worth of female condoms. I take bc for cramps, so I don't need condoms. It was covered by insurance, but if you don't want or use female condoms, it is a waste. Just let the company know you don't want them and they will stop sending them.”
“I love that there was absolutely no problem getting my prescription transferred from my gynecologist's office to SimpleHealth. While I was waiting, I received a message letting me know why I was being prescribed the pill that had been selected for me including the medical reasons why that decision was best for me. That is impressive! I learned something from the information and am grateful for SimpleHealth's genuine care and concern for their patients. The process took maybe a week, then I received my first package of a 3 month supply of birth control pills in the mail.
What I didn't like is that there is no way to opt out of receiving the emergency contraception pill, at least from what I saw. The use of such a medication goes against my personal beliefs, so this product could have been sent to someone else who might actually use it. Also, the 2 boxes of female condoms, which seems like a lot to be honest, are wasted on me. I am living in a marriage that has been sexless for 4.5 years, so there is absolutely no use for them in my home. Again, these could have been sent to someone else. Granted, the Plan B and F2C were 100% covered by my insurance plan and cost me nothing, but I do not need them. Now, I am looking for someone who might need or want them, so I can send them to her and get them out of my house.”
“At the end of the day, very helpful. I had never been prescribed birth control, but I was easily guided through the process. They always made it a goal to get back to me when I had questions. No insurance issues. I guess I gave a 4 star only because I have to give it up so early. It had really bad side effects. Its been a while since I had been to the doctor cause of covid so the impersonal nature of it all made it a little hard. However, they did all they could. Thank you simple health!”
