“I have so far enjoyed Simple Health a lot. Additional reminders would be helpful because I forgot to approve a shipment while wedding planning and realized I wouldn't have enough medicine to get me through my wedding weekend. My next shipment was a brand substitute that hasn't been as effective as my usual brand.”

“I like the convenience of the whole system. The pills work the staff is attentive and the process is painless. I'm leaving because they no longer accept my insurance and I have to take my prescription to someone who will.”

“I love it since I am unable to pick up from a pharmacy. I wish though it would give you more notifications about delivery as I do often travel and have to change my method of shipping. After a certain time the app will not allow for me to change my address.”

“I absolutely love simple health for its affordability and convenience! However, I’m only giving four out of five stars, because I did ask a question about something to balance my hormones whenever I ordered my prescription, and that question was completely ignored and never answered. Why have a “note to your doctor” section if they are going to ignore that section.”

“I like this service, but I wish there were more options when it came to customer services. When signing up the site had saved the shipping address without the complete address. That may have been my fault but when I got the text to confirm the address because it was shipping, I noticed the mistake and changed it. Unfortunately it shipped with the incomplete address and got sent back to sender. There was no way to contact them other than email, and that took around 2 weeks to get a response to fix it. They sent an response email to let me know that volumes of emails were higher with the recent roe vs. wade overturning. Which is fine but there should be a separate section to deal with the shipping and order department. It was honestly just an unfortunate situation because I had made sure to order before I had run out of my previous birth control. So with this delay I’ve been off birth control for about 2/3 of the month. I do appreciate the services that are provided by this site, it was just a small inconvenience that could be fixed with some tweaking.”
