“As great as the service is, it doesn’t help me financially whatsoever as it’s not in my network and doesn’t appear to be any time soon. That’s extremely frustrating since BCBS AL is about the only insurance in my state.”

“Simple health was very easy to use. The doctor gave me options and answered my questions before we chose the medication. I love that it’s supposed to be delivered to my door when it’s time for a refill so that’s one less thing I have to think about while still getting the meds I want. I haven’t received my first refill which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, need to see the entire process work smoothly.”

“The fact that I get my pills delivered is amazing! As a new mom I don't have much time to myself so this was the best option for me. Not having to wait in a clinic just to get a prescription is a thing of the past for me. The only thing that wasn't the best for me was the insurance part. I kept submitting my insurance information and was told that information was missing. I've used my insurance for birth control before and I've never had a problem with that before.”
“I like the company but last refill i went with name brand meds because generic gave me horrible leg cramps. It was supposed to carry over to this refill and it doesn't. We shall try again with the generic one”

“I like the service, but I highly recommend that before you send out a prescription that requires refrigeration like nuvaring, that you look and see where you’re shipping to, because I live in Florida, and it’s summer time here, one tiny ice pack will not do anything to keep it cool.”
