“I really liked Simple Health, it’s affordable convenient and easy to use. The only thing that feels odd is not seeing a real doctor, but that comes with the nature of the program. I think it’s probably best for people who have a specific issue that they want addressed.”

“I love the convenience of being able to get a prescription and delivery right at home, SimpleHealth is always well packaged and gets my meds to me right on time even when I need a renewed prescription. The once I called customer service to change my insurance was wonderful.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because once I opted in to receive Ella, which was a little pop-up suggestion before I checked out to keep in the cabinet for backup, and was complimentary with my insurance. I thought Ella was a generic Plan B contraceptive and ordered it. After reading the list of warnings, it turns out it was not the same as Plan B and not compatible with my birth control. Had I taken both in an emergency, my birth control would have become less effective and would have increased risk of pregnancy. Thank goodness I read the giant paper in the medicine box, a lot of people don't. I think current prescriptions should be taken into account before promoting products/medication to customers, especially checking if they can be mixed/react to one another first. ALWAYS read the paper.”
