“The service was great, and I really appreciate what SimpleHealth does for people. One suggestion I have is to make things a little less gendered. Instead of saying something like "healthcare for women" something more along the lines of "healthcare for women and anyone else who uses birth control" would be more inclusive. I know several trans people who use birth control who do not identify as women. As a trans-non-binary person, I always appreciate it when healthcare providers are inclusive towards all their customers. It makes the experience more comfortable for everyone.”
“Having access to Simple Health mobile is so convenient. I'm very satisfied with the health care service/providers. They also ensure my medication is available and my needs or concerns are addressed when needed. My appreciations to the team at SimpleHealth .”
“I like it very easy and simple for the most part even though I was having problems with what I suppose to get charged and changed a few times but its kind of fixed now but overall good job”
“Simple Health makes birth control very easy and accessible; which helps me feel in control of my own body. One little nitpick point would be that I wish I could tick a box to default to out-of-pocket payment instead of my insurance, which rejects it every time. But in the bright side, that’s why it’s good that orders are processed before the current supply runs out—to iron out these issues before there’s a lapse in coverage. Simple Health is really proactive and responsive in communicating each time, and it’s easy to respond to queries via email and text. Overall, a great service and I’m glad a friend recommended me!”
“Super easy to get started. My only complaint is that I'm now without birth control because it was originally set for every 3 months when I only received one month. It seems to be fixed now, but definitely annoying to have to deal with right off the bat.”
“Hard to give a review before the 3 month period of taking the pill. But delivery was a few days late and it makes me nervous for when my next few are meant to be delivered.”
“Simple Health was very responsive - they worked with me even when my situation was complicated. Sometimes communication on their end took some time, but they always ended up responding. I received my package early and was very happy with my shipment.”
“I like the conveniece of this because I've had bad experiences in the past with drs filling my birth control. Like for example I would try to get a yearly appointment and not be able to get in for weeks or months. They would then cancel my birth control so I would be without it until i went in for the appointment. But simple health is literally simple lol But one thing that needs some improvement is the fact that when my pills get filled they confuse me and send an e-mail or text message saying things like your insurance won't fill your perscription until so and so date. Would you like to pay for pills $20 a pack? and I say yes because I am not aware that my 3 months supply is coming to me already because no confrimation e-mail stating that but the next 3 months supply was not approved which makes sense because it doesn't get approved for a 6 month supply. So totally unaware I am getting my insurance covered 3 months supply that was already sent out in the mail I purchase a $20 pack because awhile ago I lost the 3 packs you sent me in the mail and figured that my isnurance was still not covering the lost packs.... But nope miscommunication and kinda felt like I got scammed by you guys because there was no "your birth control is on the way but your next 3 have not been approved yet" so, I purchased one for nothing and got a "i'm sorry we can't refund it's already been sent out" :-(”
