“I dont think the website user experience is intuitive or user friendly. I would be happy to participate in a usability study to improve your digital footprint. Also, my communication was through texting and it took like 15 minutes for a rep to get back to me each time.”

“I LOVE SIMPLE HEALTH. It’s literally simple! I don’t have insurance but fortunately simple health is a affordable price to where I can know I’ll be able to afford it. It’s nice knowing you don’t need no doctors appointment, long lines and awkward questions!”
