“Very glad I found Simple Health! I had the IUD for about two years and it wasn’t for me. After I got it taken out, I was so stressed about doctors appointments, and going and getting the birth control from a pharmacy.(I don’t have insurance so that’s really expensive for me!) With Simple Health, it was so easy. I can’t say much about the birth control itself but Simple Health is awesome! Fast delivery and super convenient for people in my position! Fast delivery(despite the hurricane that caused a little delay.) 10/10 definitely recommend Simple a health.”

“I didn't get the brand I asked for, which is fine, because they sent a generic replacement. My issue comes from customer service - which is great, granted you can get a response from them. My order was about three weeks late and I heard nothing from them until I emailed them first. But when I did get a reply they were courteous and understood my frustrations. I just wish they would've reached out first.”

“Welcome to 2019 ladies! I just recently lost my insurance, and this service is exactly what I needed. Fortunately, birth control was the only prescription I had that needed to be continued, so this service is perfect, and cost effective. I felt like the doctor that reviewed my intake forms really read them and understood what I was looking for. I felt like the prescription was given thoughtfully and not computer generated.”

“The delivery process took far too long. I contacted Simple Health, though, and they informed me that they were having problems in my state, and that it would be fixed shortly. Good service, good website, good idea. Simple.”

“Terrible communication. A lot of cracks in the process. Over a month of back and forth and still have not received correct medication. New company, I get it, but they still have a lot of figuring out to do in order to make this easier for the customer.”
