“Love having this option for getting my birth control! My Dr. wouldn’t renew my prescription without an in office visit and during COVID I am living with my 85 year old dad and did not want to take the risk. This is a quick and easy way for me to look out for my health in the best way I can until things go back to a more normal situation.”

“I like the automated 3 pack delivery and keeps me on track and dont have to worry about ordering. I like the simple and easy to use email, text response and response from customer service via both is very convenient and fast. Everyone is very helpful and nice and I enjoy the service.”

“The premise is great, getting bc couldn't be easier. But the communication isn't the best. My prescription has been changed every single shipment - every one! - without any communication as to why, or even that I should expect something new at all. I had a terrible reaction to the most recent shipment, and it's been over a week since I first contacted support and still have no resolution. A dr did respond within the first few days, but basically said "suck it up, it's fine" to the symptoms I had been experiencing for the entire first full week on the new prescription - extreme nausea, shortness of breath, pressure in my chest. I decided to discontinue taking it and instantly all those symptoms vanished. So yeah, there are a couple of things I'm not thrilled about and this last issue really has me second guessing whether this model is such a great idea.”
