“It’s simple, but not as advertised. There is a wait- a dr needs to review and can be about a week before it even ships. If you want it right away, go to a Dr.”

“So far so good. Quick review and response from doctor. Quick ship time. The only thing that I was not thrilled about was when you first sign up you pay for the consultation and then a one month trial pack which was fine with me except they didn't actually send the trial pack. The up side was that they refunded me the $15 for the trial pack and then charged me the amount for the 3 month pack, which is also ok. Not unhappy about that, just wish how it worked would have been clearer from the get go. But all in all very good and plan to stick with it!”

“Very easy to order. Customer service wasn't the easiest to get a hold of. If there is someone available to speak to on the chat right away its nice, but if not it takes about 3 days for them to get back with you through email. However, they are always very nice and answer all of your questions. Takes about a week from when you first order to actually get your bc. I had to contact customer service because my order was not being processed when they said it would. But when I brought it to their attention they processed it immediately. My second month was supposed to be processed yesterday and I still haven't received any info on it. The payment has not come out of my account either. I'm going to wait a little while and see what happens. But its supposed to do it on its own. I dont want to have to keep reminding them to process my orders. We will see.”

“Took a full week from "consultation" to the order being processed and then another 4 days for shipping. Probably the same amount of time if I had just made an appointment with my doctor. But easier than finding a baby sitter for my kid or having my husband take off work. Overall, I'm very happy with this service, and really glad it is available until I can see my regular doctor again.”

“Super easy. Had a little trouble with my insurance but just decided to pay for it myself. I'm pretty sure I would like to stop taking the pill after my vacation but I'm unable to locate where to cancel at.”

“They didn't let me know an estimated delivery date before purchasing and then charged my card before it wasn't seen and accepted by a doctor. However, after a few days the doctor approved the prescription and it only took another couple of days before I received it. I went from paying $40-$80 each month on birth control, to $16. I highly recommend ladies!!”

“The process was super easy! I like that they gave me what i wanted as well. I didn’t give a 5 star because i heard another company not only sends out the pills but also a few other cute gifts and i think thats a bit more thoughtful. But Simple Health is great :)”

“Great and easy flow. 2 things that were challenging: 1) to find a place that has a blood pressure reading, none of my local Walgreens, etc had them. Would be great if you guys could create maps of local centers to get one. I feel most ppl aren’t going to want to have a doctor visit just for the reading. 2) I had to re-fill out my diagnostic after I had my BP reading. That was kind of annoying. I wish all the info was stored bc I didn’t remember the name of my prescription. Overall, love what you’re doing! I used to have to go to Walgreens once a month. Thank you for 3 months!! Appreciate you making birth control more accessible”

“It took a little over a week to get approved, then a few more days to get my pills, but in sure thats due to my age. The fact that the dr took her time time to figure out the safest pill for me was worth the wait! I have not had any side effects really...and the price is perfect because i have no prescription coverage.”

“It was very difficult to get ahold of my doctors office and I ended up missing a half day of work to end up without an appointment just to get a refill on my birth control. I'm glad I went online to see if it was a possibility to just go to a pharmacy and I came across Simple Health. I immediately just went for it thinkin it may be a lie but because of the reviews I went ahead a tried it out. I'm glad I did, the questionnaire was simple, the consultation was only 20$ and my insurance covered my BC, the same exact one I've been on for over 1 year. The length of time was 1 week total for the dr to approve it and getting it shipped. However I now can just use simple health and not have to worry about missing work. Probably the best thing invented to make it easier for women! I will certainly recommend this site and now I get my refills automatically. I am a happy patient.”
