“I had a negative experience with my most recent refill. I never received my refill, it got lost in the mail so I requested a replacement. The replacement arrived and it was the incorrect prescription. So I had to request a second replacement. It took 30 days to finally get the correct prescription. My second replacement order was not sent overnight.”

“It’s a good birth control but if your just starting out with it u definitely will feel the hormones adjusting to the pill but as long as your going to the doctors regularly for check ups! U should be fine”

“5 stars for the speedy delivery, & great communication when contacted. However, I’m not happy that I do not receive an email when my pills have been delivered. There is tracking, but not everybody checks this on their own on the daily. Also delivery times change from an estimated date. There is no way to ensure temperature control, so getting the pills from the mailbox asap is important.”

“This system allowed me to get birth control without insurance and without costing me a lot of money. Their auto renew allowed me to continue to get birth control without the chance of me forgetting to go get a refill, they just mailed it right to my home.”

“The company itself is okay. I received my order in a near timely fashion considering we’re in a pandemic but trying to get in contact with someone is hard, you have to wait a few days to get a response. The birth control I was given made my period super heavy and wouldn’t go off. I informed the company about this and I was told to just quit vaping if I want something else. I feel like if I went to my GYN in person she would have given me better options. I feel like I was dismissed so quickly and no one really talked to me to really help me explore other options.”
