“I had issues with my in-town doctor getting me a birth control prescription that was more than a couple months at a time so I turned to Simple Health for a prescription. I knew what I wanted but the Simple Health doctor wouldn't prescribe me the same kind of medication I had been on - instead prescribing a different type altogether. When I had questions about the new medicine, the doctor sent me a link to a WebMD article instead of answering the questions herself. I gave the service 3 stars because it took a day or more to receive answers from the Simple Health doctor each time, the linking of what is considered the worst medical advice on the internet instead of answering my questions, and the absolute refusal to discuss prescribing the medication I have been taking for several years. Once I agreed to try the new medicine, it shipped quickly to my house and in a two-month supply.”

“Amazing service! Ran out of my yearly prescription. I’m away at college and my GYN makes me come in person each time, sometimes even randomly cuts off my refills. There’s always a back and forth with my doctor and my pharamcy. I have enough on my plate, I don’t need birth control to stress me out! Simple Health made it quick and easy—thank you! Love this company.”

“This service was great! Simply genius! The only issue I had was that I had to go 4 days without my birth control which was due to a slower processing time I believe. If it was a little bit quicker I would have given 5 stars for sure. Nonetheless, I have my refill now and I'm getting back on track. I will be a customer for awhile.”
