“It was super helpful. I needed to change my birth control with how it was affecting me and it was super fast! They ended up having a glitch in their system and they almost forgot my prescription and when I emailed them they sent it in almost immediately and I had it two days later! It’s a super helpful company!”

“Super Convenient! My personal doctor wouldn't refill my prescription that I have been on for 5+ years without a visit. Simple Health made it so much easier and I don't even have to go to a physical pharmacy!”

“I'm so glad I decided to try Simple Health. I didn't want to have to see an in-person doctor during a pandemic just to get birth control. Everything was really easy on the Simple Health website, and I received three months worth of pills discreetly in the mail a few days after submitting my info online.”

“I used to use Nurx and switched to Simple Health since it was half the price. So far I've been quite pleased with it. I guess the main difference is the communication with healthcare providers; it doesn't feel quite as direct with Simple Health since it takes a few extra steps and the replies are fairly short, but it's nothing huge. I was very happy with the service I received when I was getting started though, and the staff gave me a whole list of things I could do to get the lowest price possible since I'm paying out of pocket. Definitely recommend.”

“Transferred to a different pharmacy, pharmacy needed authorization and couldn’t get ahold of anyone at simple health. Waste of $20”

“Wanted to charge me $12 a pack for my birth control. Had my prescription sent to CVS and got 3 packs for $0. Doesn’t make sense. Was told I would receive a refund for the $20 fee they charged due to not getting a prescription or service from them (I ended up having my ob-gyn dr sent my RX to cvs) and I did not ever have my refund sent to me.”
