“Everyone I talked to was super nice, but when my insurance changed they couldn't figure out applying it to my Rx for a couple weeks. They couldn't and ended up sending it to pharmacy local to me I can pick up. The pharmacy had no problems at all. It was stressful. I had entered my insurance info correctly and uploaded picture of my insurance card as well. Again the customer service was very nice but ultimately didn't fix the issue they sent to a local pharmacy.”
“As great as the service is, it doesn’t help me financially whatsoever as it’s not in my network and doesn’t appear to be any time soon. That’s extremely frustrating since BCBS AL is about the only insurance in my state.”
