They had the style of clothing I was after - a swimdress - in my size and colour. They delivered within 4 days of ordering with a clear returns policy if I found the swimdress wasn't for me. Very happy.

Well priced clothes. Good selection in some departments - some swimsuits available in long length and a better fit than swimsuits available from specialist tall shops, some jeans available in extra long length, however, not all legwear is, no extra long trousers or work-out wear, which is a shame. Delivery was fantastic and much quicker than expected, there was the option to have it delivered to a local collection point, which not all online retailers do, and this made it muh more convenient. I would say the website is a little slow. A lot of online retailers have a 'quick view' option, which is a more convenient than having to go on to another page. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience with Simply Be.

Good stuff would buy again. Unfortunately buying from them once seems to make them think they have licence to bombard with emails every day. Ok to buy from then send to spam to shut them up.

The jeans I ordered were very rough around the edges. Very shoddy. The stitching was sticking out down the side of one leg. I was very disappointed considering the price.

The shoes themselves were OK except one had a fault so I wanted to return them. I called customer service to ask how I do an exchange ( you cant, you have to buy a new pair, return the old ones the call them to ask for a refund for the difference as I have a new customer discount code). That was all ok except for the fact that today I got my phone bill and was charged £8 for a 10min conversation for them to tell me tat. And had I called again to get the refund, it would have cost me more than the refund. Not happy with that at all.

Really poor customer service - don't know know where in the world it's based but English is not a first language. So frustrating. They charge a premium for items, charge delivery even when you spend a lot and charge interest - surely they could afford a customer service base in the UK.

Every pair of shoes I have bought from simply be have broken in the space of 3 months, I am a size 8 wide fit and struggle to find shoes elsewhere, and simply be offered the few stylish options,I first bought a pair of sandals last summer which lasted me about 2 months and then the straps at the front of the sandal came away from the sole making them unusable. Thinking this was a one off I then bought a pair of over the knee boots in autumn and the same happened again! Needless to say , I should probably try to find shoes in my size elsewhere

I would leave no stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting company. Reading other reviews here too, simply be obviously like to steal from their customers. I originally ordered a pair of boots for £54.00. They were too big so I returned them via Evri through local shop. A few weeks later I received a parcel from simply be containing an absolutely disgusting pair of mens holey well worn trainers with a note attached saying wrong item sent back! Obviously someone has scammed either from the shop or driver and so I contacted simply be. They hardly bother to reply and if they do they insinuate you are the scammer. Their customer service is beyond abysmal and I will obviously never use them again nor will anyone I know. They are a disgusting immoral company abd do not care at all about customer care.

I ordered a dress that I have in numerous different patterns. When it came it was in my estimate a size 16+ rather than a size 10 as was on the label. I sent an email requesting a replacement or return as the product was faulty. I even attached a photo of me wearing the dress, clearly outsized. I asked if I needed to return if they would reimburse the 5.99 I paid for fast delivery. I received a generic email in response saying different vendors have different sizes and to follow the normal returns process. Really disappointing as the item is not a size 10.

Basically being called a liar claiming a dress I returned had been worn which it most certainly hadn’t I returned with tags and they returned it back to me without tags claiming it had been worn and expecting me to pay £74 for this item absolutely shocking customer services and as mentioned it is theft on their behalf be warned stay away from this company

Recently returned 2 items with label on which cost 94 they have returned them saying they are worn. Account closed and quite frankly this is nothing short of theft.

They never have anything above a size 12 in stock. It's such a complete waste of time. And, to add insult to injury, there is no filter for showing only items in stock. It has been a frustrating and poor experience being their customer and I'm not wasting any more of my time with them.

I ordered and paid via applepay for Sloggi items advertised on Simply Be’s website. The next day i received an email cancelling my order due to stock having run out! No mention of a refund of my cash payment! I phoned Customer Services. Amber was impossible to deal with and she could not understand that if a customer has their ordered cancelled by email, normal business practice is for advice of a refund to be referred to in the same notice. Customers should not have to seek this information. I will not be using this so called company again as it also seems that it doesn’t carry stock but tries to source it after a customer has paid.
