“Excellent communication, great range of products and well packaged post. When there was a delay in some of the products being available for posting (due to public holidays etc) they emailed promptly and kept me updated the whole way. The delay was not long at all but I really appreciated the communication.”

“We were very well looked after during my son's fitting for his first Cello. Greeted warmly and promptly, the staff took their time to carefully choose the best sized Cello as he is between 1/4 and 1/2. He will have his first lesson with his school music tuition specialist this Wednesday, and I feel Nick helped to show him the basics on how to sit, use the bow and answered all of our questions kindly. Overall a lovely experience for both parent and child, and would highly recommend this business for their knowledge and range of instruments. A pleasure.”

“Music shops can sometimes be intimidating but not Simply Strings. Sarah was friendly and helpful and even took the time to show me how to restring a violin. I highly recommend them.”

“I feel very grateful for the expert help received from Josh at Simply for Strings yesterday. I took my violin in with concerns about my bow and the poor sound quality I was experiencing when playing my violin. Josh was able to diagnose the problem and taught me how to clear excess resin build up from my bow with great tips for ongoing maintenance. He also recommended some great new strings to help me achieve the type of sound I am wanting to achieve, and he put the new strings on the my violin for me. I certainly wasn’t expecting this high level of service and am delighted that my violin is now sounding so much better. Thank you Josh. I highly recommend Simply for Strings for their excellent level of customer service and ongoing support following over the past two years following purchasing my violin from them.”
